The Barbed Wire Project  (BWP)

 

When barbed wire was first introduced to the west, one of the sales pitches was, "Cheap as dirt and strong as whiskey." The idea behind the BWP is to create a series of decks that are as cheap as dirt (using commons and uncommons) but strong enough to hold up to a table with more expensive decks, in order for new players to use. Sure, starter decks are great, but they not free (usually), and for new players who are reserved about spending money or have little cash, this could be a nice way to get them more interested in the game.

Strategy Notes: The optimal time to make your hand damage aggravated is after it has been inflicted but before they have had the chance to prevent it.

 

Note that the wolf companion and drawing out the beast damage resolve simultanouesly with your hand damage. Aggravated hand damage + extra damage can burn the opposing minion if it exceeds the amount of blood the minion has plus 2.

 

This deck is a very offensive, combat oriented deck. Your best defense against an aggressive predator who is bleeding and voting you out is to rush their minions and torpor/burn them.
